to get your location offline , you have to install an app names offline gps.

When you will open the app, you firstly have to turn on internet to clibrate .

After turning on internet, you have to click on my location inside the app and wait for 5 to 10 seconds until go can see the full world map. After you can see full map,you can turn off internet and it will still work.
